INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

50 percent of employees are dissatisfied with their company's internal communication. 10 percent of the employees talk to their immediate superior only once a year. Forty percent of employees believe that glossing over facts and avoiding open and honest communication is an effective work-environment. As a result, 68 percent of the employees in German companies perform services only according to regulations. 16 percent have even mentally resigned because of communication failures.

This makes internal communication essential for successful companies. With anonymous employee surveys, a short-term assessment is possible in your company. With information from this survey, the necessary  next steps can be designed – whether that means the introduction of new communication channels, a change in the frequency of information events, or the organization of seminars or coaching sessions.
