Crises in internal communication arise whenever there is a lack of clear and open discussion about problems, or worse: problems are even swept under the carpet. Crises can occur in many situations: if there are different views about strategies or goals, if there is no consensus about corporate culture and values, or when important decisions are not made by superiors, but rather passed on to employees. In these cases, companies are vulnerable to self-made crises. These crises come unexpectedly and are often difficult to control.
We initiate communication before the crisis occurs. We identify potential or growing problems that may lead to crises, apply elaborate optimization programs, and develop scenarios based on convincing crisis communication concepts in order to clarify and resolve the worst case. As an outside consulting perspective, we are in a unique position to assess, analyze, implement countermeasures, and coordinate your communication in the shortest possible time.
